Returns & Exchanges
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also cover the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).
Our online inventory is not associated with the logo stores in The Village at Palisades Tahoe, therefore they are unable to process refunds. This must be done online.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. For exchanges we ask that you place a new order for the items and Contact Us to return the unwanted items. Shipping costs for returns/exchanges back to our Distribution Center will be covered by the costumer. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
You should expect to receive your refund within one billing cycle of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we understand sometimes things don’t work out. Merchandise can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date with original receipt, tags attached, and in new condition. New condition is defined as no signs of usage or wear with all original materials and tags.
How do I initiate a return?
Please complete our return form. Once your form is submitted an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) will be generated. Carefully package your return, write your RMA number on the outside of the box, and include the original receipt with tags attached. We suggest you make a copy of your receipt for your records. Please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide insurance. Palisades Tahoe is not responsible for lost packages in the mailing system. How long do returns usually take?
We will do our best to process your return within 7 days. During Peak Season it may take up to 14 days to process. Please allow one billing cycle for credit card returns to appear on your bank statement.
