What is the Palisades Tahoe Logo Online Retail Store return policy?
Palisades Tahoe Logo Online Retail Store will gladly exchange, credit or refund the purchase if returned within 30 days of the original shipping date. The item/s must be new, in it’s original condition, in the original unopened packaging with the original tags and tickets attached.
No returns if the merchandise has been used or worn.
No refunds on sale merchandise.
Shipping costs aren't refunded.
How do you return your retail online order?
To begin return process please contact Customer Support at webretail@palisadestahoe.com
We will provide an RA# and call-tag for your return, an automated label will be email to you.
All merchandise must be returned by mail. Once item is received at the store we will refund credit card used at time of purchase. Remember, shipping costs aren't refunded.
How long does it take for my order to process?
While we try to complete all orders within 48 hours please allow 3-4 days for processing.
